Conditions

Rooms and houses can be booked from the 1st of a month, for a minimum of six months.

To book a room or house, a deposit equal to one month's rent must be paid.

Contracts will be signed and the first month's rent must be paid before moving in.

Registration at the Gemeente is allowed.

House rules:

• No smoking inside
• No pets
• Keep the house clean
• Share the house duties such as taking out rubbish, emptying the dishwasher, vacuuming and cleaning, gardening
• Clean up the kitchen and bathrooms after use
